Designed and built by a furniture-maker, 'The Bungalow' is a 2-bdrm, 1-1/2 bath Arts and Crafts style house. Relax on the upstairs deck and enjoy the quiet wooded surroundings in this secluded bungalow haven. Set back from Bradford St. on a private drive, you'll still only be 1-1/2 blocks from the bay, a 5 minute walk to the gallery district and East End restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to town center. From the front door enter an open-plan 1st floor. The living/dining area is paneled in traditional bead-board, and opens to a generous kitchen with stone counter tops and modern appliances. Two bedrooms -- one with a queen bed and one with a double bed are on the air conditioned 2nd floor. Both bedrooms have french doors leading out to a private deck with an outdoor shower. The full bath with traditional tile and fixtures is just off the upstairs hallway. Hardwood floors are throughout. Full size washer/dryer. Parking for one car is adjacent to the house.
