Two bedroom apartment with queen size bed in each. Foldout futon couch in living room. Beautiful residential building 100 ft from the Ritz Carlton. Located in the best part of NYC to see the city. Walk to The Plaza Hotel and Carnegie Hall 1 block away and Central Park South is a 2 minute walk. Rockefellar Center and Times Square a short stroll. . Includes cable tv, hi-speed wireless Internet, doorman and elevator, on the 6th floor. This apartment is a nice, clean, very pleasant way to visit New York for a week or two.

The living room contains a futon couch, a couch, a coffee table, shelves dining table and chairs for 6 and a TV with built in DVD player. It has a desk with hi-speed ethernet/wireless internet. The kitchen is spacious and simple with plenty of storage and counter top space. It is fully equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster (all dishes, silverware, and pots included). The bathroom is fully equipped with a tub with a shower-head, iron and ironing board. It is fully equipped with an elevator, a coin-operated laundry room in the basement.

We´re an argentine family (grandparents,parents and two choldren) it was our first visit to New York and we spent some wonderful days at this apart. It´s very well located.
The property was clean, the microwave and the fridge were new.There were linen and towels enough.
We recomend this apart.

The apartment was in the perfect location for sightseeing. Subways, markets, and all sorts of restaurants were nearby. The apartment was very clean and roomy, perfect for the 6 adults that was in our party. I would hate to think of a vacation to New York without having this apartment. I don't think I will ever use a hotel again! Tim was great to work with, lots of helpful tip and alot of info in the apartment. If we ever get back to New York or know someone going, I would recommend using Tim and his apartment. One little tip, if you fly into LGA, take the Q33 bus to Jackson Hts., Roosevelt Av. subway station, and take the F train to 57th street stop. You only have about a 1/2 block walk to the apartment. It makes it very easy to get to the apartment without fighting crowds.

we stayed in the apt in early Nov of 08. we had 6 adults in the apt and it was more than enough space and was very comfortable. the place really is in the best location. we walked to times square in about 15 mins and central park is literally around the corner. Subway stations are at the corners of the street and are so easy to use. HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone lucky enough to have the chance to stay there. you cant beat the price and location of this place!!

We stayed in this apartment the week before Thanksgiving. My mother, sister and I LOVED the location and it was really a very large apartment. The neighborhood was fantastic and the doormen were so kind and helpful. We were all so pleased that we have recommended it to everyone that tells us they are going to NYC. Thanks so much for providing a large, clean and pleasant apartment in the heart of the city!

Just had to say what a great time we had at this apt. 4 women in NYC for the first time for most of us. great location, perfect size, and nice doormen. it was so nice to have a place to regroup and relax after a long day of sightseeing. was nice to have coffee and quick bite in the morning before hitting the sites. Tim was great to work with and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Thanks Tim!
