The second floor features a private sunny, spacious master bedroom with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, full bath, laundry room and a private balcony. On the first floor, enjoy a full kitchen, large living room, dining room, plus a 1/2 bath and a sleeper sofa. The unit is spotless with amenities like a stereo, TV, DVD and VCR. Includes all utilities and private off street parking. Mid-week and rentals of 2 plus nights welcome. Small pets OK with additional rental fee.

Just got back June 28 - July 3rd and had to write. THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner is great to deal with. Outstanding beach and facilities. Close to AC and other attractions. Would recommend to anyone.

You will love this place, I am renting the same unit again this year. Must bring your bicycle, great quite location, very clean with ample parking. Owner is great to deal with.
