Great home, terrible management, no soundsystem and fake photos of hot tub
We stayed here from Jan 12-16, 2 main issues
The photos show the hot tub on the upper deck, where it is nice and open with views of trees. The hot tub is actually on the lower back deck, jammed in between the retaining wall and house so it feels like you are in a cave.
The sound system did not work when we arrived. The CD player was broken and although the house was wired with speaker we could not get them to work. We called management and they sent over and friendly and informed tech guy who worked on it for an hour, he was not able to fix it. I called management company the following day to tell them speaker still were not working, they did not seem to care or know what to do. Our entire stay we were not able to play music in the house which was a huge disappointed. More importantly, I don’t think there were any plans to actually fix or figure out what was wrong with speakers that following guest will have the same problem.
