This charming antique (circa 1820) two-family is centrally located right in the heart of Wellfleet, but hidden away down a private dirt road. Renters have loved this location and returned for 8, 10 and even 20 years. The location is very private, quiet, incredibly convenient and truly unique. Walk to the harbor, galleries, market, restaurants and Uncle Tim's Bridge in just minutes. The living space is clean, spacious and very comfortable with large eat-in kitchen, sitting room and living room plus a large deck and beautiful yard. Kitchen: Spacious eat-in kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee grinder and coffee maker. New pots/pans, cooking utensils, cutlery and flatware. Large supply of serving dishes, storage containers, glassware and tableware provided.

Bedrooms, Linens: Master bedroom with king bed. Two additional rooms, one with a double bed and twin, another with one twin. New pillows, mattress pads, duvets and blankets supplied for all beds. Guests bring sheets for twin beds and owners supply Egyptian cotton sheet set for king bed. ~Linens for king bed are complimentary. ~Linens for twin beds are $5/set per week. ~Bath and beach towels are available for an additional charge of $5/set per week.
