Description of the Narragansett vacation house rental
Attractive, large 8 room house, just a 5 minute walk from Sand Hill Cove Beach, the best state beach in RI. The house has 2 floors with two bedrooms, a bath, a kitchen, and living room on each floor. It is a great vacation home for one family or to share with a relative. You have as much opportunity for togetherness or privacy as you want. Three sets of sliding glass doors open on to a deck with ocean view. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable, DVD, gas grill, outside hot/cold shower, private back yard. The house is very clean with tile and pergo floors throughout. The house is located in a quaint beach community on a quiet street. First class restaurants less than a mile away. Ferry to Block Island is less than a mile away, as are many fishing boats where you can buy fresh fish and lobsters.

Narragansett has the best beaches, not only in RI but in all of New England. Our house is located within a 5 minute walk of Roger Wheeler State Beach (approximately 1 mile long), also known as Sand Hill Cove Beach. This is an exquisite beach with gentle surf that is ideal for young children. Body surfing beaches are also close by, as are nature preserves and walking trails. Bicycle and kayak rentals nearby. The fishing village of Galilea is within a mile. Newport is within a 15 minute drive. Providence, now considered a renaissance city with great theater and restaurants, is 40 minutes away. Boston is a 1 1/2 hour drive, NYC is 3 1/2 hours away.
