Located in the popular community of Crystal Beach, this 5 bedroom 4 bath home is in the prime location of Destin. An easy 2 block walk to the beach, we are on the South (Gulf) side of Hwy 98. Just across Hwy 98 is the new Destin Commons Mall. Five miles to the east is the Sandestin Outlet Mall and 1 mile to the west is Big Kahuna's water park and Racetrack entertainment center, not to mention the many golf courses within 5 miles. Enjoy the privacy of your very own pool after a relaxing day at the beach. Don't waste your vacation money on buying beach items. I'll supply you with all you need such as: * 1 Beach Wagon * 8 Beach Towels * Rolling Ice Chest * Beach Toys for the Kids A better location you'll never find. Cool Breeze Cottage can be rented using the Main House with either 3 or 4 bedrooms. The Guest quarters is also optional. This does not apply during Spring Break or Summer. It must be rented using the Main House and Guest Quarters. Weekly stays are required during Spring Break and Summer. There is a 3 day minimum stay required. A cleaning fee of $150 applies if less than a 1 week stay. There is an 11% tax added to the total rent amount.

We have rented this home several times for our family vacation with our children, grandchildren and in-laws. It has always been very clean and well kept and the location is the best! Fawn, the owner, is delightful to work with. We can't wait to come back.
