On the lake with spectacular eastern views. Large front yard, gas grill, long dock to share, shale beach. Quaint one bedroom with two day beds; sleeps four. Fully furnished, bring your own linens and towels.

Lake Champlain out your front door. One hours drive to Montreal Canada, Lake Placid New York, and Burlington Vermont. Ten minutes to local shopping and boat launch. Ferry to Vermont two minutes drive. Near golf, Ausable Chasm, boating, hiking, sandy beaches, windsurfing, museums, lake-side restaurants and much more.

No parking for boat

We didn't have high expectations due to the low rent, however things were less than expected. There was no gas in the gas grill which was very dirty also. They did bring gas the next day. It was an average property with less than average accommodation. We paid a security deposit, left the place in excellent condition and never received our security back. I emailed the owner but never received an answer as to why it was not returned.
