This spectacular condo is located in Big Boulder lake and ski resorts 'Midlake' Community. Midlake Community is a lakefront village lining the shores of a spring-fed lake tucked away amidst the woodlands. This four season resort is situated on 13 lush acres along the entrance drive to Big Boulder ski area. the slopes of big boulder mountain with trails for skiing, snow tubing and snowboarding are just a free shuttle service away. This 1st floor, end unit condo features breathtaking views of the lake, mountains and ski slopes and is a short walk to the pool, hot tub and lake activities (swimming, sail boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, biking, and hiking). Other features include: woodburning fireplace, patio for easy access to the lake, open floor plan with spacious bedrooms, many updates and freshly painted throughout.

Escape the world

Wonderful time there really enjoyed the scenery at that time of the year. Thought the one king size bed was a littler hard but over all would recommend this place to anyone wanting to escape the world and just relax.

Very pleasant vacation experience

We were very pleased with our choice of this vacation property. It has been our third time in the Poconos, and our best accomodation so far.

Midlake Community has the right balance of wilderness and civilisation. The condo is on the first floor, and the patio opens right onto the lake shore. Having the lake right in your backyard is an incredible experience. It is beautiful in any weather, even during a thunderstorm. The pool with a hot tub are just steps from the condo, which is another plus.

The condo felt quite spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The only thing we missed in the kitchen was a kettle and a teapot (but we are tea-lovers).

The owner is friendly and easy to work with. We had a small problem with the A/C, and it was fixed right away.

We highly recommend this condo, and we would love to come back next summer (it must be great in winter, too).

Great Place - Great location

I live in the area and rented the condo for our friends from Pittsburgh. I specifically picked this condo because I'm familiar with it's great location, view and amenities. The condo is on the ground floor. The patio faces the lake which is a private lake (no power boats no jet skis). The lake is about 30 feet from the door. To the left about 100 feet is a swimming pool and hot tub. The pool has an attendant and it is supervised. There were also passes for a beach area with sand, you could rent paddle boats and there was a playground for children. The condo is nice, clean and air conditioned (which at times you do need..it will get hot and humid). The condo is pretty much as its pictured in the ad. John is easy to rent from. You send him a check and you get the codes for the front door. I strongly recommend this condo and would definitely rent it again.
