Located on the second floor near the 17th hole of the Turtle Point Golf Course, most of this two-bedroom, two-bath Turtle Point villa has just undergone major renovation with mostly new furniture and decorations. The living room and dining area face the Golf Course and get lots of bright sunshine. Guests can also kick back and relax in the sunroom where there is a very comfortable sofa. The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed and cable TV. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. All beds have new pillowtop mattresses that are not neither too soft nor too hard. The master bath has new vanities, sinks and countertops and both bathrooms are in great condition. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. All linens and bath towels will be provided. High-speed internet access is also available. Kiawah's renowned 10-mile beach and 5-star Sanctuary Hotel are just steps away. Our guests also have access to all Kiawah Island Resort privileges.

In addition, you can find numerous activities at the Nature Center, including kayaking and crabbing. Kids can also take advantage of Kamp Kiawah in the summertime. Charleston is only about 45 minutes away. Here you can stroll along cobblestone streets, visit numerous galleries and antique shops, take a horse-drawn carriage ride around the historic district or dine at world-renowned restaurants.

Full payment must be made 30 days prior to check-in for weekly rentals and 60 days for monthly rentals. Cancellations with more than 30-day notice will be subject to a $25 handling fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of check-in. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. It has been about 16 years since we’ve been to Kiawah. Kiawah has definitely changed (a lot has gone away) but still has the same charm and hospitality. (The Sanctuary was an awesome plus for me) Our stay at the Villa was a great accommodation and well equipped with everything you may need. The renovations were very welcoming. It was great to stay on the 2nd floor because we heard from the downstairs unit they heard everything. We hosted several family functions at our place and everyone was so pleased with the space and the at home feeling. We loved that we had privileges to all Kiawah facilities, my brother rented though an outside resource and he did not have the same opportunities as we did. That was a big plus. I must suggest a 3rd TV in the 2nd bedroom and maybe in the sun room and that the TV in the family room really needs to be repositioned. Other than that everything was amazing and I would recommend this unit to everyone.

Our stay at this property was our second visit to the island. We had a great time and the accommodations were just perfect. We had children and the villa was perfect because there was plenty of room to play on the floor. The sun room even acted as a play room for our children while we were there. The villa is newly renovated with beautiful linens/bedding and serene bathrooms and wall colors. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked all our meals there. This villa has an elevator which was helpful when loading and unloading our bags. Finally it comes with resort priviledges which the pool was great and the nature center and programs were wonderful for the kids!!!!

We just returned from our 5 night stay and want to say Thank You for providing us a wonderful "home" while we were on the island. The villa is lovely and the location is perfect. The island transportation is a big plus! We will definitely return to the island and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Thanks again.

Very nice place.
Had cable hi speed internet which was very useful (and necessary in this day and age)

The owner was efficient, pleasant, responsive and attentive.

I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

We had such a fabulous time on our trip to Kiawah Island! The villa is beautifully decorated and convenient to everything on the island. Patrick enjoyed golfing at Turtle Point and Osprey Point, and I enjoyed lounging by the pool with a good book. It was our first trip to Charleston and Kiawah Island, and we are already very excited about planning a return trip. We hope that your villa will be a part of our vacations there for many years to come!
