Our brand-new, well-illuminated, spotless basement playroom comes complete with toys, games and a new ping-pong table. Your kids will find plenty to keep themselves occupied here when you can't get to the beach or need some time to yourself. And don't forget the laundry -- we have a separate, newly-finished laundry area with a new, full-sized washer and dryer and folding table. There's a separate basement entrance for easy storage of your bikes and beach chairs.
Spacious Master Bedroom Suite:
Our bright master bedroom suite offers a private bath, a king-sized bed with a new Sealy Posturpedic mattress, a large, newly-organized walk-in closet and its own private balcony. The balcony is one of our favorite spots to sit and read 'high above it all!!
Plenty of Space To Relax!!!:
You'll feel completely at ease in our tastefully decorated home and private yard -- with or without kids! What sets this home apart from other 3-bedroom rental houses is that there is an abundance of space for you to relax and unwind. We have two large, new TVs (with DVD and VCR capabilities and a 50+ cable channel package), and separate viewing areas (either the living room or loft). We offer free wireless Internet (picture yourself relaxing with your laptop on the large back deck). There's a large, comfortable hammock, a charming swing for the kids, and a swing on the deck that adults can use, too! So let your kids play ping-pong in the playroom or watch TV in the loft while you lounge on the deck with a cold drink, good music (we have a Surround Sound system for your CDs, DVDs and videos), and a good book!!
