Winter Park Vacation Rental house

I highly recommend this property to big and small groups alike. We stayed there with my parents-in-law and our seven children. The layout of this very clean, well-set-up and maintained home was very accomodating for a large group. The three levels of decks provided additional outdoor spaces. The house was very easy access off of Route 40, a couple of minutes from Winter Park and Fraser. The owner was great to communicate with and very flexible with check in and check out times -- very accomdating, wanting us to have a good weekend. The property has neighbors but feels very private. There is a fast flowing creek that is very delicious to listen to, and not so close that any child will accidentally fall into it (as long as the children don't go wandering). The hot tub was large and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed, the dining and living rooms comfortable and the beds very comfortable with soft pillows and clean, warm, cozy covers. Unfortunately we couldn't get the sauna to work, but that may have been our lack of knowledge! We drove to Elitch gardens, which was around 90mins away; the next day we went up to Grand Lake, about 45 mins away. There was a very nice Safeway 4.5 miles away in Fraser. We enjoyed picturesque walking trails a few minutes from the front door. All-in-all, a clean, comfortable, well-located, peaceful property that I would be glad to visit again. Thanks, Loretta!
