Disney/Orlando Getaway! 3BR 2 Bath Close to Everything!

Special rate includes taxes. Cleaning fee waived for any stay longer than 3 nights.

This well maintained condo is close to everything! Located off Route 192 in the heart of Kissimmee, this private end unit, ground floor condo has a beautiful view of a duck pond with lots of Florida wildlife and backs up to a wooded area for added privacy.

This unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, full Bathroom, and access to patio; queen size bed in second bedroom, two twin beds in third bedroom, and a pull out sofa sleeper in the spacious living room. Condo also has a Pack 'n Play for a baby. Includes all amenities including WiFi, linens, towels, and kitchen utensils including coffeemaker.

The Complex boasts an outstanding clubhouse with game room, fitness room, pool, hot tub jacuzzi, tennis courts, volleyball, children's playground, barbeque area and more! The complex is well maintained and security patrolled.

We stayed in the unit above this one as this one had a last minute plumbing issue. The owner, Donna, was very, very helpful in arranging the stay in the unit above and we saw no problems. The unit we stayed in was in good shape with some very minor issues. It was clean and comfortable. I will recommend this unit to others. It was also in a good location but maybe 5 minutes farther away than some other condos. It is close to groceries. It is not a "high end" condo but just a really good condo at a very good price. We felt safe and at home. We didn't get a chance to see this exact unit though.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This was our second visit to this wonderful condo. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Lots of restaurants just down the street,if you dont feel like cooking. Disney world within 10 minutes. Working with Donna the owner is extremely pleasant.

This condo is excellent. The condo is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. If you have the chance to rent this condo you should. After a long day at the parks, it's nice to have the comfort of this condo over a hotel room. My children enjoyed the pool and clubhouse very much. Donna the owner was super to deal with,and was quick to answer all my questions. I'll recommend this clean and well kept condo to all my friends .

I'm glad I found the owners of this unit. They were EXCELLENT and the unit was spectacular for our needs. It was a last minute decision for me and my family and they made it all worth it with the flexibility and space the unit offered. I'm already planning our next trip there.
