This new (2005) apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a laundry room/mudroom with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The apartment is above a detached garage. Downtown is less than a mile away and is an easy, straight walk down Milk Street to Main Street. The closest beach is Jetties (less than 2 miles). The backyard is very private and has a outside shower off the lower deck.
