Waterfront cottage on the Northwest side of Lake Carmi allows you to take in spectacular sunrises and beautiful mountain vistas. The large screened in furnished porch and wrap around deck allows you to enjoy the full length of this wonderful lake. Large dock with kayaks on site can have you out for a paddle within seconds. Bask in the sun, read in the solitude or enjoy a family activity on the game table. Warm tongue-in-groove wood paneled walls, fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD, full kitchen, barbecue and large loft give you the comforts of home in this wooded paradise. Location is great for boating, swimming, fishing, biking and bird watching. One hour from Burlington or Montreal. The local General Store makes a mean maple cream pie! Come and enjoy this 'Pair A Dice'.

Nearest Motorway: Interstate 89 in ST Albans, Vermont at 20 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 3 Miles
Car: recommended
Charming cottage is a few miles from the Canadian crossing. Go for breakfast or lunch in Canada, or visit the art show there in the fall. Hiking on Jay Peak is close, if you want to leave the lake... Off the Eastern facing front porch and deck you can watch the sunrise, or watch the weather change! You can also see Canada, Mt. Mansfield and Jay Peak. The speed liimit on our road is 15mph, so its great to take a walk from here. Two nearby general stores have provisions, and the larger grocery store is 15 miles away in Enosburg. There are a lot of other attractions to see in the local area, but once you are here - we doubt you'll want to leave! Our quiet retreat is the perfect get away!
