Additional information about rental rates

  • In addition to given rates there is a $140.00 Exit Cleaning fee per stay.
  • Rental Policies - If you choose you use a credit card for your payment and addition fee of 2.9% will be charged.
    Housekeeping services are available for $140.00 per day and additional pool maintenance (which is supplied once a week) is available at $25.00 per instance. Houseman and cook also available, inquire about rates.
    Advance deposit may be made by check and is due at the time a reservation is made. The amount due will be exactly half the rent less the tax. Rental payment balance is due in full one month before arrival and may be paid by cash, check,or credit card.
    A security deposit of $1000 will be needed prior to arrival. This will need to be paid by cash, check or credit card. This payment will be refunded within 30 days of departure, providing there is no damage or theft to the unit and all polices and conditions are followed. If repairs or replacements to the unit are required as a result of damage from your stay, the owner reserves the right to apply the d
  • Refunds - If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 45 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you call to cancel your reservations with less than 45 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we cannot, your advance rent payment will be forfeited.

Golf Resort / Area Details: PGA National is a first class resort attracting vacationers from all over the globe in exclusive Palm Beach Gardens, popular Palm Beach County, and within 15 minutes of the Palm Beach International Airport. This fantastic home has transferable temporary golf membership for an extra fee. There are two large swimming pools within the complex, and guests may use the larger hotel pool nearby. Juno Beach is 10 minutes away with free parking. There are many fine restaurants, expanded Gardens Mall with Whole Foods, Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, City Place. PGA National offers five golf courses, a tennis club and a large Olympic size pool at the hotel and spa.

A Glorious Vacation Home

Our family had a glorious vacation in this beautiful Florida home. It is very tastefully decorated and has complete privacy in the back, with a
peaceful, quiet and spectactular view of the lake, natural wildlife and shorebirds for as far as the eyes can see. The terrace and pool area with its several seating areas are a pure treat. This is a very comfortable home!

We used the house to collect our family to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. The first couple of days were just us and the house accomodated us beautifully. Very comfortable inside and out. Beautiful (and multiple) sitting areas outside for meals or just conversation. We hosted a brunch the final day for friends and family. The house is spacious and well laid out for almost any occasion of this type. Overall the house played a great part in the celebration providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for all the guests.

Luxurious Vacation Home

My family of five (my wife and me and our three young children) have rented this house in 2007 and 2008 for approximately 2 weeks each time. We very much enjoyed our stay at the house both times. As noted by the other review I've read for this property, the owner was an interior decorator for many years which shows in the property, which is beautifully appointed throughout. The layout (all on one level) is extremely spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the owner provides excellent service. The house backs onto a small lake, which creates a beautiful, serene backdrop, with great sunsets each evening. The neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet and secure (in a gated community). Palm Beach Gardens has excellent shopping and restaurants, and of course there is plentiful golf in the area. We would highly recommend this vacation home for families, golfers or others wishing to have a great vacation!

A little bit of paradise

My family and I have rented this home several times and were very sad when it was time to leave!
The settings, both inside and out, are spectacularly special. The furnishings are done by an interior designer and the house doesn't feel like a rental....it's like you're a guest in a very beautiful home at a resort.
The owner provides everything you might need and then some!!!!
The property is on water and is unbelievably private...you don't see another building (home) or person, which is most unusual in Florida.
This one is a winner!
