This magnificent 4500 square foot house has 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 800 square feet of decks. The 20 x 15 roof top deck provides a hot tub and captivating views of the Gulf. Private pool 12 x 22 will provide an ample area for games and barbecuing. Access to the private sands of the Gulf is just a 100 yards away. The third floor has 3 master suites two with king beds and one with a queen. All three have private baths. The second floor has great room with TV. The state of the art kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully-equipped. This floor also has a large screened balcony overlooking the pool. This floor has two queen bedrooms with private baths. The first floor has a den a bunk room, a queen room and a bedroom with twins.

Auroa's is Located In Frangista Beach Destin. The Destin area is widely known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village in the World!' Deep sea fishing is very popular and Destin hosts many fishing tournaments. The sugar white beaches, the mild climate, and the clear blue-green waters are a big attraction! The Destin area also boasts several shopping areas including the Destin Commons Mall which also includes restaurants and a movie theater. There is also a designer outlet mall in the area called, 'Silver Sands Outlet Mall' with many designer outlet stores 10 min away. The harbor area has shopping, dining, and boating! Don't miss taking a dolphin cruise! There are plenty of dolphin to see in the area. There are several water parks in the area and water sports are plentiful on the bay side as well as the Gulf side of the island! If Golf is your game of choice, there are several championship golf courses to play!

The last 2/3 payment and taxes are due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. All payments and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa or MasterCard). A credit card form will be supplied on request and must be faxed or mailed.
  • Reservation Cancellation Policy:
    If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the booking, the security deposit will not be refunded. However, if we can rebook the property for the advertised price your entire security deposit is refunded.

The kitchen is stocked with 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee makers, toaster, blender and all necessary dishes, pots and utensils. This home has two sets of washers and dryers (first and third floor). The tower balcony has a hot tub. The tower is equipped with TV and surround sound system. All bedrooms have TVs, some are equipped with DVD players. Two gas grills are by the private pool.
