This is a beautiful Townhouse located in the heart of Castle Pines Community in PGA Village, a golfers dream destination. The master suite has 2 beautiful double entrance doors and high ceilings, walk-in closet, additional closet, dresser w/ mirror, armour w/TV, two night stands and lamps, ceiling fan, separate sliding glass doors to outside patio, and a spacious king bed. The master bathroom includes a romantic jacuzzi tube, glass walk in shower, double sinks all in an elegant setting. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. The living area is beautiful and spacious w/ a pull out sofa bed, TV and VCR, large sliding glass doors to the patio, large dining room. Kitchen has everything, fully turn key. Washer/dryer included. The kids will enjoy playground and heated walk-in pool. Located only 45 Minutes from PBA International Airport, travel is quick and easy. Golf: There are 3 championship golf course to choose from on the property and one championship country club off site, minutes away. The on site golf courses offer a great challenge: The North course is a Tom Fazio design with pine trees, gentle hills, water hazards with a rating of 70.1 and a slope of 124 measured from the white men's tees. The South course, another Tom Fazio design is more like his classic design with well protected greens complexes rating of 70.1 and a slope of 131. The Dye course is a links style Pete Dye design rating of 68.9 and a slope of 125. You also have the state of the art PGA Learning Center, open until 10pm. Enjoy PGA instruction, large putting greens, bunkers with a variety of sand mixtures, and so much more.
