Situated high on a hill in the west end this architecturally significant home is within walking distance of town and Herring Cove beach. A great spot from which to watch sunsets over the ocean. Luxury amenities include TV/DVD in every bedroom and 42-inch plasma TV in living room, stereo speakers are built in throughout, central air-conditioning, 2 full, 2 half baths including master bath with radiant heat, water view two person Jacuzzi and water view double shower, gas fireplace in dinning room, decks on both levels, plus all furnishings and linens are brand new for 2006. Enjoy spectacular views and sunsets from almost every room. This home is great for enteraining with large dinning room with table that easily seats 8, spacious water view gourmet kitchen and large patio off the main level. The lower level includes a garage and large storage area for bikes. Home has wireless internet, digital cable and free long distance calling.
