Enjoy spectacular views and sunsets from almost every room. This home is great for entertaining with large dinning room with table that easily seats 8, spacious water view gourmet kitchen and large patio off the main level. Best Ptown vacation ever!

We have been to Provincetown many times over the last 20 years and this was the nicest house we have ever stayed in--producing the best Ptown vacation we've ever had. The house has incredible views. It is quiet and private, but at the same time very convenient to town and the beach. The decor was absolutely lovely, while at the same time very comfortable. Every effort has been made by the owners to provide both the big things (and little things) to make for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Beautiful House

Our family spent a week in July at this home. We enjoyed every minute. Everything you need is right in this house and close to it.

The kitchen included all the essentials for cooking. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful views overlooking the salt marshes. There were two bedrooms and full bath on the main floor and a loft/master bedroom and bath on the second floor. The outside deck was perfect for watching the sunset.

Herring Cove and downtown PTown were within a quick bike ride. We also rode the bike trail to Race Point. One of the nicest things about this house was the ability to bike (5 minutes) to or walk (about 20 minutes) to PTown which meant no hassels parking downtown.

The house was clean and well-maintained. The owners were very professional, responded quickly to questions and returned the deposit in a timely manner.

The house is absolutely lovely. It was very clean and is situated in a great location - quiet safe neighborhood and a lovely view! Love the large contemporary kitchen!!!!

Easy to get to the downtown area by either car or walking.

Amazing view, fantastic light

This is a great house with a great living area (kitchen, lounge room, dinner table, deck). It is comfortable for at least two couples and two kids and there is an extra room downstairs for an extra couple or kids. There is everything one could wish for comfort, entertainment (TV, Stereo, Games) and great cooking.

My only negative comment would be that it is too bright in the master bedroom. When the sun rises just after 5 am, the light is already very present in the upstairs bedroom and for people that are affected by light, it becomes difficult to sleep once the sun starts to rise.

In our case, we ended up transforming the huge walk-in closet into a bedroom for our daugther and some morning she slept in until 6 am... which is much better that 5 am in our parents-with-a-baby world.

I very much recommend this house. I enjoyed looking at the view everyday, many times a day. The scenery changes constantly with the sunlight and weather.
