TERRA VERDE RESORT HOME NEAR DISNEY WITH POOL AND SPA. FREE INTERNET AND HBO

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. All the site seeing we were involved in were close by, be it day or night outings. Linn's your home was the perfect choice for us. We enjoyed one another as we cooked and had meals frequently at "home" and enjoyed the refreshing pool throughout our stay. Your listing was as described online, it was clean and well maintained. I suggest Discovery Cove--awesome day! We even took day trips and caught up with friends of many years within an hours drive, never worrying about our arrival time back because of the gated community. I recommend to all to give Linn's home a try if you are ever in the Orlando area. Thanks so much Linn.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Terra Verde at this listing. The staff at the community was very friendly and courteous. All the houses in the community are well maintained. The pictures on the listing represent this area and the house very well. What you see in the pictures is what you get.
The owner (Ms. Linn) was very courteous and helpful in our correspondences with making arrangements. The process for renting is very simple and secure.
The house was very clean and well maintained. The pool deck area was well protected with safety precautions for small children. The pool deck area is large and allows for outside dining if desired. There is plenty of room to spread out with 2 living rooms and large dining table and smaller kitchen table.
The house is equiped with all the comforts of home. (coffee makers, utensils, pots pans, dishes, etc. ) The appliances, fixtures and furniture are like brand new furniture. Nothing is worn, tattered or damaged.
Also the house is located within 3-5 minutes of a Wal-Mart or any other major retailer, if you need anything. If there is a restaurant to want to go to visit. The Kissimee area has it and few attraction restaurants.
And it just minutes from any park. And if you like to go shopping this area has more stores to visit than there is time.
A note about the community: If you are planning on coming to this community to party and be rowdy. This is not the place for you. This community is very quiet and laid back. There are permanent residents that work and that are not on vacation. So take that into account when deciding on this community. People sometime forget they are vacation and the residents are not.

The accomadations were comfortable and the pictures reflect the condition of this property. The staff at the community were friendly and helpful. The house pool area was perfect for kids, with safety measures around the pool for small children. All appliances and everything needed for cooking was available if needed. If something is needed for shopping you are within 3 minutes of a Wal-Mart or any other major retailer. If you want something this area has it. It is just minutes from the Disney Parks and other attractions. The Terre Verde Community is safe, clean, maintained and secure. I would recommend this Community to anyone visiting the Orlando Area. Also the owner ( Linn Zhu) is very nice and friendly with her correspondences in arrangements. The process for renting is very easy and straight forward.
Also a side note. The pool screen was damaged upon arrival. We noticed the screen was taped to the frame to try to keep bugs from entering. By the next day that screen was fixed, as if it was never damaged. This property is well maintained and clean. This property is highly recommended for rental.
