A detached bungalow consisting of a bedroom with two queen sized beds, full bathroom, open living and dining area, is also available on the property and included in the rent. It is equipped with a gym, steam room, pressure shower, 2 extra showers and 2 half bathroom. In total the property comfortably houses 8 guests with space to spare.

The 5000 square meters tropical garden is attractively landscaped with exotic flowers, coconut trees and an orchard. A tennis court with night time lighting provides ample possibility for sporting activities. The fixed BBQ, on a separate terrace in the garden, gives the outdoor cook the opportunity to surprise the family.
A caretaker couple, husband and wife, maintain the property and do the housekeeping; cleaning, cooking and daily chores. Their services are included in the rent, however a tip of 5% is regarded as a token of your appreciation of their services. The property is provided with a Wifi internet connection. A driver with car is available and can be hired on a daily basis at a cost of US$80 + fuel. For more than 5 guests an additional maid service is obligatory due to size of the property at a cost of US$140 per week.
This fabulous property is located in a peaceful residential area of Lomas de Cuernavaca, Morelos; accessible by car or taxi 20 minutes from downtown. The center of town is not within walking distance, but for your daily shopping needs stores are available within a 10 minute drive as is the Tabachines golf course. The highway to Mexico City is located within 5 minutes driving distance from the property and gives access to Taxco, Tepoztlan, Xochicalco Archeological site, Tequesquitengo Lake, Las Estacas and Acapulco (two hour drive). If desired, day trips can be made to Mexico City.
The property is geared to outdoor living in the subtropical climate of the city of "Eternal Spring". The indoor family area flows naturally onto the terrace providing for easy relaxation and casual outdoor dining. The exquisite Pool and jacuzzi with heater (renter pays additionally for gas: US$ 120 per week) are set in the lush green of the tropical garden of 5000m2 bordering directly on to the terrace.
