This two bedroom house is situated within a gated community. The house has a two car garage, great room, dining room, den and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for any chief to cook his or her speciality with your choice of dining in the dining room or breakfast nook. The living room has a 32' TV with VCR. The master bedroom (queen size bed) has its own bathroom and a large walk in closet. The guest bedroom (queen size bed) also has a large walk in closet and its own bathroom. There is a door in the hallway that can be closed and your guest can walk from their room to the bathroom and have privacy. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

The house is only one short block away from all community facilities including; 8 lighted tennis courts (certified instructors available for a fee); 2 swimming pools; fitness center; 3 bocce courts; croquet / lawn bowling; library; community center; restaurant/market; hair/nail salon, Wachovia Bank; gas station and car wash

    Terms include the minimum of 4 months rental.
    A deposit of 50% is due at booking. Final payment is due 30 days before occupancy.
