Great townhouse with lanai overlooking man made lagoon. Garaged parking. Short walk to the sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Junior Olympic pool with pool side bar and grill. Lighted boardwalk through the mangrove preserve leads to the bay. the 32 acre Durantee eco park is just a few blocks away. All the water sports and a multitude of tennis courts and golf courses are nearby. Famous St Armands Circle, art museums, the Ringling museum, and the cultural center of Sarasota are also within a short drive. One hour from Busch Gardens. Two and a half hours from Disney and Universal Studios. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, hi speed internet all add to the comforts of your West Coast Florida vacation. Add in the Florida sun and make your own memories.
