Nearby Cannon, in scenic Franconia Notch State Park, has 156 acres for skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels and a fabulous enclosed gondola ride to the top of the mountain. Visit nearby Bretton Woods and Waterville Valley, enjoy summer stock and the annual art show in Lincoln, take the family to Clark's Trading Post, Storyland, Six Gun City, Whale's Tale Water Park and Santa's Village. Go to the top of Mt. Washington by cog railway or car, take scenic drives along the Kancamagus, through Crawford Notch, Franconia Notch, visit Echo Lake, and Lost River Gorge. Fall foliage time is spectacular!

    Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday.
    Renter of record must be at least 21 years old.
    Check-in at 4:00PM; Check-out at 11:00AM
    All cancellations are subject to $20.00 processing fee. Guests failing to arrive and cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival forfeit 1/4 of reservation total.
    No credit will be given on unused portions of reservations or special offerings.
    $250 security deposit required with payment. (Refundable after acceptable inspection of unit by onsite management staff. Note: Additional security deposit required for rental periods beyond 14 days.)
    No daily maid service.
    Sorry, pets are not allowed.
