Great Fun All Year Round! Large house perfect for larger families!

Situated on a hill overlooking a pond allows you to hear natures sounds. In the winter Ice Skating is allowed. Close to brand new ski lodge with a 2 story fireplace and a new huge family restaurant. Equipment rentals are available at lodge.

House has an open and airy flow--the kitchen is open to dining room which overlooks the living room w/ fireplace.

The 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs share large full bath. The master bedroom has an entrance into the full bath on main level. Plenty of parking--large deck for outside entertaining. Gas grill and outdoor patio set supplied.

Enjoy fishing, hiking, swimming (community pool or lake), horseback riding at community stables, skiing, tubing and snowboarding.

Appx. 5 miles to Delaware River Raft rentals. and more restaurants. Many amenities within 1/2 hour car ride include: Lake Wallenpaupack, Antiques, New Casino, Supermarkets, Wal-Mart, Golf and Amusement Parks.

Other Activities: community exercise facility on premise, planned community events throughout the year.

Ski: you are about 1/2 mile from the top of mountain. there is a brand new lodge built just last year. there is one new lift finished this year. mountain wonderful for family fun. ski school, ski rentals available
