Conway area home located in a peaceful private neighborhood. Newly constructed in 2005 the house is beautifully positioned for both privacy and spectacular views of the surrounding woodland. Immaculate Conway Lake and beach is less than a mile away. The home has over 1800 sq. ft. of living space, set over two floors, and will comfortably sleep 9 guests. There are three formal bedrooms, in addition to a fourth room with queen sleep sofa, and 3 bathrooms. The attached double garage with automatic door opener is very convenient for winter time and a 20ft by 10ft raised deck is perfect for summer barbecues. Rooms are wonderfully bright and spacious and have new furnishings throughout. This home has all the benefits of a relaxing secluded location combined with easy access to the endless White Mountain area attractions. North Conway with all its restaurants and shops is less than a 10-minute drive away.

Local attractions are literally endless. There is enough here to keep even the most energetic of people happy, or simply unwind and take in the stunning scenery. The choice is yours! There are at least six ski resorts within close proximity. Cranmore and King Pine are the closest and are both excellent family orientated ski resorts. The resorts of Attitash, Black Mountain and Wildcat are approximately a 30 minute drive away, or venture further a field to Bretton Woods, Cannon Mountain or Sunday River. Tubing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and sleigh rides are also a must try for winter times. Summer activities include hiking, biking, horseback riding, mountaineering, golf, water parks, kayaking and canoeing, kids adventure parks and much more! The little ones will love the Storyland theme park located in Glen, just north of North Conway. Attitash mountain also makes a great family day out with water slides and the longest alpine slides in North America!

We stayed in this lovely home on a girls weekend. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The great room was a great gathering place. Plenty of room.I would definately recommend this wonderful home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This property is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean, with a fantastic location. All appliances are new and the kitchen is well equipped. We have stayed in rentals for the past 15 years and this is the finest by far. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure. I would recommed this rental to anyone who wants a clean and spacious vacation site. We definately will return. This is a 5 star rental. Ron & Sandy.
