My family has had the incredible pleasure of staying at this property multiple times. In fact, we consider this borrowed piece of paradise our home away from home. Simply put, the condo is impeccable with a kitchen so well equipped that it rivals a restaurant! The decor is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all large and perfectly appointed. The owners and property manager make your stay memorable from start to finish. It isn't just the views or the easy access to the most beautiful beaches and hotels on the Big Island that make this condo a treasure. There is a warmth and energy about it that keeps us coming back annually. The kids room btw is worth mentioning for any interested moms---walk in closet! Giant (yet tasteful) plush stuffed animal on bed and a washing machine and dryer that are steps away and super easy to use. Same with the fancy dishwashers (plural) and BBQ on the deck. This unit is a gem. My children consider it their favorite place in the world and I have to agree. --Tracy, Scottsdale, AZ
We stayed at John's condo, and every thing was flawless. The view was spectacular. The place was tastefully done and perfectly clean. All the amenities were there. Muffet was incredibly helpful to make sure that our stay would be perfect. We also appreciated her recommendation for a great baby sitting service and baby equipment rental place. We had breakfast at Mauna Kea everyday and really appreciated having the parking access. We definitely will be back.
Beautiful home, fantastic location! The most difficult decision of the day was deciding "the beach of the day".....Mauna Kea or Hapuna Beach. A very relaxing vacation, in a home that contains everything you might need for a stress free vacation. The on site manager was a pleasure to work with, and all of our questions were answered. We were greeted with a wonderful bowl of tropical fruit to help us get in the spirit of a Hawaiian vacation!

We really enjoyed our time here. We spent a lot of time at the numerous beaches that are within a short driving distance. This truly was out home away from him.
The condo was fantastic and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The views were wonderful and the proximity and access to the resorts was great. I would stay there again in a minute and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Big Island.
This condo is a great property with all of the amenities included for a wonderful vacation at Mauna Kea.
It is close to the spa and everything in the condo is as described on the website. I was under the impression we would be closer to the beach from the web page but it was not an issue since the beaches were on property and were wonderful. The beaches were a quick drive from the condo. The onsite manager is wonderful and most helpful to any concerns. I would recommend this property to any of my friends.
We stayed here the 2nd week of Janurary and had one of the best vacations we've ever been on. The condo was just as advertised and the free access to Mauna Kea and Hapuna were a big plus. The owners and the staff were kind and helpful.

First payment is usually 3 nights rent with balance due 60-90 days prior to check in. Holiday and seasonal rentals have different payment terms. For example Christmas/New Years rentals require a larger up front payment to hold the dates and full payment 90 days prior to arrival.
Discounted rates for extended & off-season stays (Labor Day through December 18 excluding T-giving/conferences/events.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
