Beautiful, clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath contemporary home located one block from lake and beach with wood burning stove and sleeping loft. Inside two person hot tub. Sleeps up to 8. Located in a private lakeside community with a clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball courts, arcade, swimming pool, kiddie pool, along with a beach and lake for swimming, fishing, sail boating or canoeing. The 195 acre crystal clear lake is stocked with trout and bass. There is 24 hour private security patrol. 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Resort. 20 mins to Pocono Raceway, Camelback Beach/Waterpark and Crossings Outlet Mall. Only 30 miles from Mohegan Sun CASINO at Pocono Downs!!!! 1/2 hour to Casinos

Vacation Rental Amenities: Our house has 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed, queen pullout sofa and 2 full and 4 twin beds. 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood burning stove, dining room. There is a TV in the living room, loft, master bedroom and game room. Game room has pool table, Foosball table . There is a large loft upstairs with a TV with PlayStation for the kids. Ceiling fans in the living room, master bedroom, upstairs bedroom and loft. There is a complete kitchen with dishes, glassware and silverware. Full size washer and dryer. Large wrap around deck with furniture, picnic table and gas grill.

Activities and Attractions: Swimming, boating, fishing, tennis, basketball. Community center with lakefront restaurant and bar. Game room with pool tables and video activities for the kids and adults. Fun park, ice cream stand and restaurants minutes away. 5 miles from Big Boulder, Jack Frost and Split Rock. Camelback Waterpark, Crossings Outlet Stores 20 minutes away. Knobles Amusement Park 45 minutes away. Jim Thorpe, 20 minutes away. Pocono Raceway just 15 minutes away. Lots to see and do.

We provide blankets, pillows and comforters for the beds. You must provide sheets and towels. All rooms in the home were just painted Dec/2005. There is a $65.00 Cleaning fee.
