High in the La Quinta Cove. A quiet residential community surrounded by the Santa Rosa mountains comprised of second or part time homes and full time residents. A very short drive to the village of La Quinta, La Quinta Resort, Olde Towne, restaurants and golfing. Or walk the cove's perimeter path and hike the natural trails at the top of the cove.

This custom built home was completed and furnished in April 2005. It offers a relaxing setting on a corner lot with spectacular mountain views.

Casa Colima is decorated in a comfortable modern theme. Its living room w/ decorative fireplace looks out to the salt-water pool, spa with waterfall and patio. The courtyard/patio is surrounded by a perimeter privacy wall high enough to afford a very private setting but still allowing for the mountain views to be enjoyed from both indoors and out

We absolutely LOVED this home. It is gorgeous, new and modern. Very comfortable. We loved hanging by the pool and the scenery was amazing! Would recommend this home to anyone. The homeowner is excellent to deal with, and we will definitely stay here again!!

We didn't want to leave

We spent a wonderful time here. The house and amenities were perfect. Kitchen is fantastic for making a nice big meal with indoor and outdoor cooking and dinning options. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and very comfortable... but in all honesty, the pool and hot tub were the spots to be. Every night under that beautiful expanse of stars and every morning surrounded by the majest of the mountains... we liked it so much we didn't want to leave when our time was up!

Great Value in La Quinta

This home is a great value for the Palm Desert Area. The home is fully furnished with everything one could need while on vacation. We cooked at home, and dined outdoors too! Casa Colima, as it is called, has the luxury and amenities of a gated community home without the premium rental rates! The private pool and spa are great, and we used it every night of our stay. The Master Bedroom is very large and inviting, and the living spaces are open to one another for entertaining. Wireless internet access is available too, and a desktop computer is included. I will not forget to mention the great views of the mountains, nearby walking trails, and minutes drive to Old Town La Quinta. Great place to stay!
