Enjoy the quiet east end in this comfortable condo across the street from the beach. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen so enjoy a meal or have a drink on the private deck. Cable TV, DVD, CD/cassette stereo, ceiling fans throughout, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Reserved parking for one car with additional common parking. Three fine restaurants within a 10 minute walk (Michael Shays, Fanizzi's, Mews). Walk to the center of town in 15 minutes (plan a bit longer if you stop to window shop the art galleries along the way). The Ptown shuttle stop is across from the condo (will get you to center of town in 5 minutes, Herring Cove beach in 15 - runs seasonally). Stroll along the nearby walking trails and get a private look at Ptown's natural beauty. Please, no smoking in the condo and no pets.
