Luquillo Beach is a Blue Flag award beach with very calm waters at only a 6 minute drive from the apartment; Costa Azul Beach is located at only 8 minute drive from the apartment; Las Picuas Beach is located at 5 minute drive from the apartment and is directly seen from the Costa Real community; A Ferry from Fajardo Town (20 drive) will take you to either Vieques or Culebra Islands, two small, beautiful Islands that are part of Puerto Rico that have one of the most spectacular beaches in the world, Flamenco (at Culebra) and Bahia Mosquito, one of the world's brightest bioluminiscent bays, and Sun Bay, top-favorite among locals and travellers (at Vieques).

Corner Garden (1st Floor)- Patio and Terraces: This villa style apartment is located at the corner of Condo. It has two terraces, which are ideal for kids as well as for anyone not satisfied with staying inside the apartment most of the time. The front terrace has a 50% ocean view and is perfect for a barbecue while enjoying a good glass of wine and the company of your friends and family. The fact that you can feel comfortable, knowing that the children are safe while playing on the grass instead of a closed apartment is definitely a plus in your quest for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The back terrace is ideal to take a sun tan.
