Oversized Jr. Suite studio unit that features a King Size Bed, queen size sofa, and dinette table. This is the largest, most desirable floor plan in the building. Only steps away from world famous Rosemary Beach, at a fraction of the cost! Enjoy our white sandy beaches, 12,000 square foot swimming pool, restaurants, and shopping.

Start your morning with breakfast at Wild Olives, or the Summer Kitchen. Enjoy the day at the beach or pool, rent a bicycle, go for a walk, play a round of golf, tennis at the Rosemary Beach Tennis Center, or enjoy shopping at the renowned Silver Sands Shopping Outlet near Sandestin (about 30 minutes away) or Pier Park in Panama City Beach (about 15 minutes away).

The beach and pool are within a 5 minute walk. Or if you prefer, there is complimentary tram transportation to and from the beach and pool, on call.

For dinner, there are multiple restaurants within walking distance to compliment your stay of relaxation and pleasure.

Why The Owner chose Rosemary Beach

We love the Beaches of South Walton and explored just about every area along 30A over the 15 years before buying our “home away from home”. The summer of 2007 we finally found the place we want to call home. The Villages of South Walton felt perfect to us and we hope you will feel the same.

The Shuttle is really convenient going to the gulf. You can also take it to the 12000 square foot pool at Seacrest Beach North or walk to the smaller pool at the Village.

What makes this condo unique

The atmosphere is perfect for us and of course the gulf is amazing ! . We also love having so many places within a short walk for shopping, eating or just enjoying the area. Cooling down at the fountain feels wonderful – for children of all ages ? Just kick off your flip-flops and enjoy !

We’ve gathered some restaurant information (along with editorial comments) in the blue binder in our unit. We ask guests to pick up other menus to add along with comments. We love to eat and explore new places !

Was very frustrated by other tenants in the building on the same floor who were smoking cigarettes and Marijuana in the building. I realize this is not the renters fault but I made a request and i think it fell on deaf ears at the agency.

I tell guests to feel free to contact me before, during or after your stay. When I read the review I contacted the rental agent and property manager. Beginning April the property manager is someone other than our rental manager. To help future guests I will also provide contact information for the property manager who assured me he will respond to concerns about common areas. I will also contact them myself if I am notified during the guest’s stay. We love the area and want our guests to only have positive surprises.

Myhusband and I came to Rosemary Beach for a wedding and were very pleased with 'Flip Flops'. Booking was a breeze and the check in and out processes were just as easy. The room itself was perfect for our short stay. Everything was clean and it was nicely decorated. The family thought of everything down to a book with menus of local restaraunts and reviews of them as well. There was a small sink, microwave, and fridge also. We plan on coming back for sure!

This was a great price for what you are getting. The parking was ideal. The location was ideal. The room was very spacious. Huge bed and plenty of room for all of your things. The location is perfect for walking to Rosemary Beach. Right on 30A. I was down for a wedding and it wasn't technically right in the middle of everything going on, but still perfect for what was needed.

This was the perfect weekend gateway place, The condo was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. It was conveniently located to many good restaurants and shops. The owner was fantastic to work with and so helpful in preparing for our trip. The access to the large neighborhood resort pool was such a blessing. We had very nice lunches at George's and Wild Olives. The coffee house Amavida right by Wild Olives is a must. I would recommend understanding the check in procedure before you leave as this was confusing to us. This place is a must - I highly recommend!
