Features king size bed with linens in an air-conditioned, cathedral ceiling master bedroom; twin beds in 2nd bedroom; complete kitchen; large, comfortable sitting & dining area with stereo, DVD-VCR; large deck for lounging & outdoor eating, BBQ grill, millpond, small rowboat, large lawn. One hour from Portland, Maine (International Jetport) and half hour from popular North Conway outlet shopping center & the picturesque White Mountains. Additional information about rental rates

  • Available Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend.
  • $650 week (up to 4 persons) $850 (6 persons), $250-$375/weekend;
  • Due to the large number of inquiries from dog owners, we are reviewing our rental policy. Our concern arises from dogs on furniture, dogs allowed to swim in the pond and coming indoors wet, and general shedding. However, we will discuss dogs on a case by case basis. Renters can expect to pay an additional fee based on the length of stay for each dog in the rental party.

The owners were very nice. The accomodations were fine. Lots of room. It was hard to find because it sits away from the road.
