This 3 bedroom, 1 bath waterfront non-smoking home features a new kitchen, washer and dryer, and rustic style furnishings. A private beach on Round Pond, one of NH's best trout fishing secrets, is just steps away from your back deck. Enjoy spectacular sunsets as you rest from a full day of outdoor activities, all within the beautiful Great North Woods.

Also nearby are the pristine Connecticut Lakes and the Balsams Wilderness Ski Area. Other seasonal activities include golf, hiking, swimming and kayaking.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All rates are based on a 4 person occupancy. For each additional person age 13 and older, please add $150 per person per week or $75 per person per weekend. Maximum 8 people, including children.

    Well behaved pets may be welcome - please inquire.
  • To hold your reservation, a $250 deposit is required. The balance, plus a refundable $250 security deposit, is due one week prior to arrival.

    Cancellation Policy – if the cabin can be rented for the time you reserved but canceled, then your deposit, less $50 will be returned.

    Check In is at 3:00 pm, Check Out is at 11:00 am if other guests are arriving or departing the same day.

    Guests are responsible for leaving the cabin in a clean manner. Any damage to the property, or cleaning fees incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. Any evidence of smoking inside the cabin will result in a forfeited security deposit
