Farmhouse is wonderful! Description of Southview on this listing are 100% accurate and even more lovely than the pictures here. Farm was homey, clean, and wonderfully maintained. Surroundings are scenic and peaceful. 25 minutes from Ithaca in a county setting was perfect for relaxing but close enough for trips into Ithaca and the surrounding waterfalls. Owners are super easy to rent from and price cannot be beat (trust me, I did hours of research!) My family and I still miss sitting out on the porch watching fog roll in at night. In fact, we've told so many people how great Southview is that other family booked Southview for a week in October. Finally, I was worried our GPS wouldn't locate such a rustic location but it did and we were so pleased! I selfishly want to say don't rent Southview so it'll always be free for us to rent but in honesty must say RENT SOUTHVIEW!
