This waterfront home sits on a bluff overlooking Malletts Bay. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the first level and big picture windows on the second level take advantage of exquisite panoramic lake views. Wide sandy beach is great for sunbathing. The lake drops off gradually so swimming is great for kids. Moor your boat right off the beach. A quiet dirt road takes you to a large wooded lot and expansive lawn. Enjoy evening cocktails and cookout on the large deck overlooking the lake. The cozy sunken living room with wood burning stove is perfect for reading and socializing. An eat-in screen porch and comfortable dining room hosts big family meals. Watch movies and play games in the upstairs family room. Laundry room/office area. A lakeside running path is about 1/2 mile away. Minutes from an old-fashioned drive-in theater, produce stands and grocery stores. Fabulous Burlington restaurants and shops only 10-15 minutes away. Approved dogs welcome.

Burlington's fabulous restaurants, theaters, and shops are only 15 minutes away. Golf courses all around the area. Tennis, boat rentals are a couple of miles away. Hiking path along the Lake is about 1/2 mile away. Ski resort town of Stowe, VT is about 1 hour away.

Enjoy cocktails at sunset, cook out, or hang out on the deck overlooking the lake which extends the entire length of the house.

The Beach and Lake: Our wide sandy beach is perfect for sunbathing. The lake drops off gradually so swimming is great for kids. A sandy bottom. Moor your boat right off the beach. The lake water is clear and crisp. A couple hundred feet out, the water is deep - usually shoulder level or above your head.

The House: The cozy sunken living room with stone fireplace (inset with wood burning stove) is perfect for reading and socializing. The dining room hosts big family meals. There are two screened porches: one is for eating meals, the other is for relaxing. Watch movies and play games in the upstairs family room. A quiet dirt road takes you to a large wooded lot and expansive lawn.
