Nestled in the rolling hills of Truro, this home is in a quiet yet easily accessible spot. A screened-in porch opens the dining room to the outdoors and provides a restful place to read or just lay back and listen to the birds. The large deck has a gas grill and dining table. The property is close to Corn Hill beach on the bay and midway between Longnook and Ballston ocean beaches. Beach access stickers for Truro beaches can be purchased for a small fee. The Cape Cod National Seashore is also nearby and provides many recreational opportunities, including, hiking, swimming, guided nature hikes, dune rides, four wheel drive access with the purchased sticker, and much more! Provincetown is only a ten minute drive and is famous for its many fine restaurants and shops. You can go whale watching, deep sea fishing, rent a boat or explore the fine art galleries. The home includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a washer and dryer, a large screen TV and a second TV in the master bedroom.
