The Eden House is a recently remodeled Gulf Front condominium. Our two bedroom condo is a spacious (1380 square feet) end unit that lets the warm glow of Florida sunshine into every room. Thanks to our great Gulf Front location, there is a view of the Gulf from nearly every room. When not sampling the seafood cuisine of the many local restaurants, you can prepare your meals in our fully equipped kitchen; or you can prepare your steaks on the beach at the Gulf of Mexico using the Eden House grill. Carry your grilled treasures a few steps to the thatched-roof tiki hut and enjoy your meal at a picnic table while taking in the view of Naples and the island of Sanibel on the horizon. Also, you can pack light thanks to the stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen area. Our master bedroom has its own walk-in closet, king size bed, TV, and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a wall of closets. Come watch the sunset from your gulf front lanai at Eden House 306.

Ft. Myers Beach offers something for everyone. The Eden House sits on the main and unique attraction- the eight mile stretch of white sands beach. Here residents and guests enjoy shelling, beach-combing, sail boating, deep sea fishing excursions, parasailing, jet skiing, and many other beach front activities. The area is also home to many golf courses, minor league baseball, dog racing, the Edison and Ford winter estates, flea markets, numerous terrific seafood restaurants, unique shopping for kids, adults, and seniors, Everglade tours, daily shuttle boat service to Key West, boat tours of barrier islands, and much much more. For an all day trip, Disney World is 207 miles from the Eden House. But perhaps the most relaxing attraction is the view from your Gulf Front lanai of sailboats, dolphins, and the South Florida sunset.

This is a beautiful condo. It was a corner unit and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa-bed. The pool was very nice. The one down side was the beach immediately in front of the condos was in a bird refuge area and we had to go down the way to swim. But once we found an open beach, it was GLORIOUS! The water and sand were some of the best anywhere. Groceries, gas, restaurants and other activities were very close by. We stayed over the 4th of July, and the fireworks from the beach were terrific. We had my 82 year old mother and my two college student children with us, and everyone was pleased with the variety of things to do. We hope to stay in this condo again.
