Charming old Florida style home just 150 ft from the beach with spectacular Gulf views. Sunset views from balconies. Our fully a/c home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This home has been completely renovated and freshly decorated to mirror the old Florida charm that North Captiva represents. You will enjoy all that we have to offer including dolphins, pelicans, ospreys, or simply shelling on the beach. Island is approximately 4 miles long and 1/2 a mile at it's width. Privacy and seclusion is the way of life. No cars, only golf carts allowed and included in your package. Home is fully equipped with washer/ dryer, 4 TVs with DirecTV, DVD and CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Havana Breeze also comes with the membership privileges of the North Captiva Island Club. Use of all recreational facilities, such as: 2 heated swimming pools, jacuzzi, 2 har-tru tennis courts, fitness club, steam & sauna, basketball court, kids Camp Otter and many other amenities.
