Living area newly refurbished, spacious, sliding-door balcony to ocean, incl. patio furniture for cocktails at sunset. Comfortable furnishing with Cable TV. Dining table with four chairs directly off living area. Fully equipped kitchen. Newly furnished bedroom with firm queen size bed and furniture. Walk-in closet. The condo is located inside the gated complex of which provides swimming pools, tennis court, basketball court, child playground, clubhouse. Beautiful children pool on the premises with sunlight until late afternoon. 24 hour guard security on premises.

Excellent proximity to beach, easy to find, well located close to grocery store and everything you need. Very secure, always felt extremely safe, even had very caring and helpful neighbors. Family friendly.

We enjoyed our stay so much, love the balcony view of the beach and secured location. beach is beautiful and we love Puerto Rico... It was Awesome and will stay there again, I will contact Jose the next time we go back. It is a great apartment, highly recommended!!!!

Everything was so perfect, Beach is close, The view is stupendous and he had everything needed to have fun on the beach, Chair's, unbrella, Extra...Very clean and super qiuet....Local pubs and kiosk close by Thanks so much jose is a extrodinary man. Thanks.

As advertised, clean, convenient to grocery, gas, fast-food.
Excellent facilities (clean large pool), tennis court, playground equipment for kids. Good customer service from Jose. Beautiful view of the beach & bay...Well-recommended, would rent again for sure!
