Ready for some relaxation? Here's the vacation getaway you're looking for!

This newly updated first-floor unit provides a peaceful getaway with quick access to lots of activities. The complex has 2 beautifully maintained pools - one of which is only a few steps away making this unit incredibly desirable for families or anyone who loves to swim. In addition to the pools, there are tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a toddler playground all within the complex for the exclusive use of Beachwood Villa guests. The grounds are beautiful!

This condominium has a 'You're at the beach feeling' with its bright and beachy decoration! With a king bed in the Master, 2 queen beds in bedroom #1, 2 twin beds in bedroom #2, and a comfy queen pull-out sofa, 10 people can sleep comfortably.

Wireless Internet recently added for your convenience!

Seagrove Beach is a great vacation spot for everyone - adults and kids! The beach is gorgeous (access is directly across the street.) Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including biking, kayaking, shopping, and wonderful local restaurants. The bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A runs directly in front of the building, and Seaside is only one and one-half miles away.

There are also lots of things to do with your kids - Seaside amphitheatre is a great place for the kids to run around or toss a frisbee while you enjoy a yummy homemade snack from the various eateries. Your kids can enjoy the refreshing fountains of Seacrest Beach while you relax on a bench or walk around the shops, and the unique shops of Rosemary Beach are just a few steps away. Destin Commons is a nice place to shop (for Mom and Dad), and there's a fun play area for the kids to play - they can stay dry playing on the slides or they can get wet in the fountains! Sandestin Wharf is full of great restaurants and shops and there's a HUGE playground fun for kids of all ages (even mom's and dad's!)

I have stayed at Beechwood Villa's several times in the past so I did know what to expect. First the owners were always available to answer questions and there was no problem with any aspects of getting the condo booked. For part of the trip there was me, my wife and her sister and latter my son with his wife and my two grand kids were also with us. The unit was clean and as advertised very close to one of the pools. This was great for late evening swims and was nice to have this for the grand kids. Really have just a few issues but they in no way have anything to do with the owners who were great, but just in general because of location of the unit. It was a decent distance from the beach, I would really advise if you have small ones to bring a way to take beach supplies with either a wagon or a buggie of some type. We did see some of those in use and would have been a great help. Also there were no dumpster on the back side of the property where this unit is located. The unit could use a little updating but I have had previous experience with units in the complex and knew what to expect. Lastly let me say we love the area for families, it is quiet, with mainly other families enjoying the beach area. Can ride on the bike trails, walk the beach or visit the small communities along 30A and many fine places to eat. We had a very enjoyable trip and plan to return to this area in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This was our first VRBO property - we were cautious about the condo and location, but we have to say that everything was even nicer than the pictures and description! It was exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished - enough chairs and comfortable seating for all seven of us!

The rooms were very large and wonderfully laid out with the adjacent bath for the kids. The patio opened to the pool area and the kid's playground/sandbox was just steps away - very convenient for the little ones. The condo is in the back - on the ground level with very convenient access to the vehicles, and not near the busy (and noisy) highway, but a very short walk to the beach access walkway! Three minutes out of the door you were in the Gulf!

We all enjoyed our stay tremendously! Thanks to our owner for the helpful information left in the condo for restaurants nearby and other conveniences - really grateful since this was our first trip to the Destin/Seagrove area.

We all felt it was a relaxing week in very pleasant location in Seagrove! Looks like we will be coming back again, and again!
