CABIN INFO: Located on one of the best snowmobile trail systems in the Northeast US and Canada. Sleeps 6 or more (additional charge for 6 guests). Hot tub fully on the deck overlooks the lake. Wireless internet access. Camp heated with oil or propane. 15 miles from Fort Kent, 10 from Sinclair/St. Agatha restaurants, 25 miles from Edmundston, NB.

Proximity to world class snowmobile trail system. Biathlon events at Fort Kent and Presque Isle; access to groomed cross-country skiing trails. Annual Can-Am Sled Dog races at Fort Kent, ME. Excellent ice fishing on Cross Lake and neighboring Square and Long Lakes. Snowshoeing readily available outside the front door.

Additional information about rental rates

  • After Jan 1 2009, $375/3 night weekend or $700/week.
  • Current Discounts available to ensure booking for early birds: $50/week or $25/weekend.
  • Half of rental total is required as deposit to hold reservation. Converts to security deposit upon arrival and payment of rent. Full refund of deposit is given after departure when no damages are confirmed.

    Cancellations: full refund of deposit is given if cancelled before 1 month of scheduled rental. Within 30 days no refund is possible. For weekenders, security deposit is $350.

    Additional charge: 7% Sales & Use tax for lodging (registered Maine retailer - new law as of 7/1/2005).
