Magnificent home with eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms located in beautiful Frangista Beach community. This 4500 square foot house with 800 square feet of decks and private pool are yours for the memories. Access to the private pristine sands of the Gulf is just a block away. The third floor is comprised of three master suites. Two with king beds and one with a queen. All three have private baths. One of the rooms has a set of bunk beds for those younger tykes. The second floor is a wonderful open gathering area, with fireplace and plasma TV. The state of the art kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. The dinning room and breakfast bar have ample seating. This floor also has two queen bedrooms with private baths. The first floor has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small seating area with TV, pool table, microwave, and a full size fridge.

Apollo's located in Frangista Beach in Destin.The Destin area is widely known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village in the World!' Deep sea fishing is very popular and Destin hosts many fishing tournaments. Fishing isn't the only attraction though! The sugar white beaches, the mild climate, and the clear blue-green waters are a big attraction! The Destin area also boasts several shopping areas including the Destin Commons Mall which also includes restaurants and a movie theater. There is also a designer outlet mall in the area called, 'Silver Sands Outlet Mall' with many designer outlet stores less than 10 min away as Three grocery stores are within 10 minutes, Public, Brunos and Winn Dixie. The harbor area has shopping, dining, and boating! Don't miss taking a dolphin cruise! There are plenty of dolphin to see in the area. If Golf is your game of choice, there is mult-championship courses

Additional information about rental rates

  • Does not include 11.5% Florida Bed Tax or Cleaning.
  • Reservations
    The rental amount is calculated by adding 11.5% for the Florida State and County Bed Tax.
    A cleaning fee will be added to your rental rate, and a $45 damage insurance fee which will cover you up to $1,500 in damages.

    To reserve a date and property a completed contract (which will be sent via email) and 1/3rd of rental payment is required at time of booking. The last 2/3 payment and taxes are due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. All payments and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Please be aware that no reservation is secured until your initial down payment is received. Unfortunately due to our high call volume we are unable to hold dates without the deposit.

    Reservation Cancellation Policy
    If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of your date arrival, the monies will not be refunded. However, if we can rebook the property for the advertised price your money will be refunded less 1/3. We highly recommend all our guests to purchase the
  • Nightly rate starts at $600/night 3 night minimum.
    Christmas and Thanksgiving rate is $3300/week for 2008 and $3500 for 2009.

This house was excellent and the owners were there to meet our every needs. Our family went up there for an early Christmas and utilized all the rooms and everything there was to do in Destin, it's just a walk across the street to the beach, we got lucky and the weather was great. The rooms are fully decorated with beautiful bedspreads and lavish decorations. The kitchen area, dining and living room was all open which is a great place to hang out as a family and not miss anything. The suprise we loved the most was the pool table in the garage and not to mention the heated pool and the hot tube we were all in that every night. Great expereince to just relax and chill with family and would recommend to anyone.
