2 Bedrooms w/ 2 Full Baths attached and a half a bath on the 2nd flr. Sleeps 8.

Our beautiful town house is 2.5 blocks away from the beach and the bay (Engleside and Long Beach Blvd). And we survived Hurricane Sandy!!

It is centrally located to, grocery stores, restaurants, miniature golf, boating, fishing, summer concerts, chowder fest, shopping and the Surflight Theater (Nationally Recognized).

Once you park your car, you can either walk or bike to wherever you need to go.

Townhome Features: You'll feel right at home in this Townhouse. The covered front entrance, opens to reversed living. The master bedroom suite includes a queen bed, two large closets, bureau, mirror, television/DVD player. The master bath includes a tub/ shower enclosure, vanity mirror, commode. The laundry room, conveniently located down the hall, has a full washer, dryer, ironing board/ iron. The guest bedroom suite includes a full bed and a set of bunks, TV/Video, bureau, mirror and a walk-in closet. The full bath includes a tub and shower enclosure, vanity mirror, commode. New carpet and flooring.

Overview: The open floor plan and cathedral ceiling on the second floor let's you enjoy the shore breezes. The living area opens to a deck, and includes a TV/DVD/Video/Stereo. The adjoining dining area seats 8-10, and is open to the kitchen, equipped with an electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, dishwasher, utensil/dishes. Have your coffee at the breakfast bar for two. A powder room is located off the kitchen area.

Don't forget your sheets and towels, 4 - beach badges are included!!

Our family has been going to Beach Haven Nj for over 20 yrs. We take a lot of pride in keep our place 'clean' and up to date for our renters. We rented places in the past and have learned what Not to do from other owners misstakes. We spend a lot of time in our town home when it's not rented in the off season.

What makes this townhome unique

Very simply the location in Beach Haven is one of the best area on the Island. Once you park your car, you can walk to where ever you need to go.

Everything about this house is great. The location is perfect- convenient to everything!! We walked everywhere all week- beach, bay, restaurants, shopping, etc-
The house itself is beautiful. Very clean and furnished comfortably. It was great having two full bathrooms, a half bath and an outside shower- never a wait! We truly enjoyed everything about is plus we had wonderful weather.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Memorial Day weekend

We take a lot of pride in our Town House and making sure it is clean for our renters. My wife and I also clean our TH to make sure we are on top of any repairs.
