Beautiful garden view condominium, just steps away from a shared, private pool, leading to the stunning Great Bay beach on the friendly Caribbean island of St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles. 2 double-bedrooms, air conditioning, TVs, full kitchen, private patio. 10-minute walk to Philipsburg (Dutch capital). St. Maarten is 37 square miles and has 37 beaches, some the Caribbean’s most beautiful. Avg. daily temp 80 - 85 F. Fishing, boating, kayaking, windsurfing and parasailing are available from Philipsburg. Little Bay (next to Great Bay) has calm waters and is excellent for snorkelling. Mullet Bay Golf Course is open from 6 AM to 5 PM daily and there are many areas in which to hike and ride horseback. Shopping in Philipsburg or French Marigot has excellent bargains. Philipsburg has an abundance of quality restaurants featuring everything from local food to European and Far Eastern cuisine. The local drink is Guavaberry Liqueur. Best sampled at the Guavaberry Emporium in Philipsburg.

Love St Maaten and Great Bay Villas

We stayed at Elaine's Villa for several days this winter and just loved it. We have visited St. Maarten many times in the last 20 years and this has become our favorite place to stay. The Villa has everything you need, was clean and the location is great and Josh and staff are terrific. The Villas are very family friendly. It was great being somewhere that you could walk to anything you needed, shopping, great places to eat, beach, etc. Elaine was very prompt in answering all emails. Will definitely return to Great Bay Villas. Jon and Carolyn

Very Nice Condos

My wife and I have stayed in St Maarten and have rented condos 4 times.
Elaine and Peter were the most accomodating and co-operative owners we have ever dealt with.
Elaine answered every email and even called me direct to help.
I would definately reccommend the rental of Elaine and Petes Villa.
