Pristine 750 square feet end unit townhouse on elevated heavily wooded lot. Fully equipped including washer/dryer, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, hot water dispenser, garbage disposal. All linens provided. Two TVs, DVD/VCR, radio/CD/cassette player. Wood-beamed cathedral ceiling upstairs with living room/dining area with wood burning fireplace along with charming Galley Kitchen opening to railed outside deck. 2 Adults only. No pets. No smoking allowed.

Once someone rents our charming, romantic, cozy townhouse they are repeat renters. Our home is an immaculately kept home by its owners. Our ski renters love skiing home for lunch which is just a jog off the ending of the ski trail, have lunch and a rest and then ski the block or less to the ski tow and start over again. Mt. Mansfield and Spruce Peak are only a two mile drive away and have had snow-making machines since opening years ago. Spruce peak has upgraded their facilities by adding more ski lifts and snow-making machines. Spruce Peak is a newly built colossal ski resort adjacent Mount Mansfield: golf, ice skating rink and Performing Arts Center.. Wonderful cross country ski and snowshoe trails are within walking distance of our townhouse...ends up near Von Trapp Lodge.

    Cleaning Fee depends on the length of stay.
  • Fireplace wood delivered to your own outside attached wood box.
    Snow deck removal provided in rental paid by owner through Management.
    Cable television provided on two TVs.
    Snow removal provided by Management on sidewalks and parking areas.
