Parker Island is a 2.7 acre private unbridged island located just outside of Wolfeboro Bay. Unmatched views of the “Broads” and 360 degree views of the lake. There is dock space for up to 6 boats, two beaches, a screened gazebo, water trampoline and swim raft, as well as beautifully manicured lawns. The 4 bedroom main house is 2,956 sq. ft, sleeps 12 and has 2.5 bathrooms. The 4 bedroom guest house is 2,040 sq. ft, sleeps 8 and has 2 bathrooms. Both homes have fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryer. The boat house includes a bunk room on the 2nd floor that sleeps 12 and has its own full bath. All of the seclusion and privacy you could want with all of the amenities you need, including: Linens, Kitchen Utensils, Grill, Satellite TV, Volleyball Court, Horseshoes, Outdoor Fire Pit, Paddle boat, Kayaks, and Jet Ski Docks. You will need your own boat to get to the island (weekly boat and jet ski rentals are available through marinas in the area).
