This privately owned 3 bedroom fully furnished vacation condo is within short distance but still away from the busy hustle of Highway 192, in an exclusive resort type complex, yet only few miles from Disney World. The spacious living room has a cathedral ceiling, with a breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom, TV and adjacent balcony with table and chairs for your relaxation. The second bed room has queen size bed and third bedroom has two twin size beds. The second and third bedrooms are fully furnished, for the comfort of your family with additional TV and a separate bathroom. You can relax in the spacious living room, watching TV or a movie on the VCR or DVD. Give us a call for the best rate to fit your budget.

The three bedroom condo has a king size bed in master suite, queen size bed in second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom.

This location is about 2 miles east of Disney World, just off S.R. 192, and within miles of Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet and Wild and 20 miles west of Orlando international airport.

Awesome Family Vacation for a Great Value!

It was clean and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We and had a blast. It was close to all the theme parks, and stores also. The pool and the club house was great. The people in the club house was very nice and polite. I would recommend this to everyone. I would rent it again in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

A Wonderful Vacation at a great price!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at your condo. It was very clean, beautifully furnished, spacious & quiet. The Parks are close by and there is shopping nearby and plenty of restaurants, too. We're sure that anyone thinking of staying in the Kissimmee/Orlando area would feel right at home at this condo. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners. They are such nice people and very cooperative.

I am delighted to inform you that we returned to Douglasville, Georgia yesterday afternoon after a splendid stay in your Condo and memorable trips to the Disney World. The whole family was very comfortable with the Condo and the outstanding condition. We did everything possible to maintain the superb condition we met the Condo. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay there and will not hesitate to seek same in the nearest future.

The apartment was just OK. It was in a general state of disrepair all over. The lock to all the doors and bathrooms were not working properly. The carpet was dirty and the bed sheets and towels were dirty as well.
The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities but the ice machine in the refrigerator was broken. The television was an old small set.
Overall, it was not a very good experience.
Owner's Response: We make every effort to serve our valued guests, to the utmost. Past renters have been very pleased with the facilities, and accommodation. We encourage feedback from our guests, acknowledge their appreciation, and also notify management, to make their stay enjoyable yet cost effective. Linen and towels are always washed by housekeeping and the carpet vacuum cleaned each time a guest family leaves. There is a large TV in the living room and also a TV in master suite and 2nd bedroom. We visit, upgrade and confirm more than adequate amenities, and make sure that the condo is well maintained.

We will continue our efforts to serve our guests to the fullest extent, and work closely with our management.
