Description of the Steamboat Springs vacation condo rental
Located in the Mountain base area off of Mt Werner road and Apres Ski-way, this beautifully remodeled condo is less than 75 yards from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short 2-3 minute walk from your front door, or a short ride on the Free Shuttle! The complex also includes an outdoor heated pool and 2 hot hubs (patio in unit overlooks entire pool area) You can also forget about scraping the snow and ice off your windshield by parking your vehicle in our heated garage where there is plenty of room to store your skis and snowboards in the winter or bikes and golf clubs in the Summer.
This unit has been entirely remodeled (Spring 2007) with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, new carpeting, new knotty alder cabinets, slab granite counters and all new furniture (remodel is taking place April – early June 07 – check out the new pictures)! You will not find a nicer unit in the Phoenix complex and your location is a stones throw away to everything!
