View the beautiful sunsets, watch the porpoises swim by from private hot tub on the large, expansive, private, covered deck. Surf, or watch, the surfers ride the waves, catch local fish from your own backyard beach.

Enjoy the nightlife and wonderful restaurants of nearby Vilano Beach and Saint Augustine, a mere five minutes away. Private beach club membership available for a nominal fee. Includes fitness center, pools and restaurant.

Weekly and monthly rentals available.

This spectacular modern oceanfront house has a full, granite top kitchen with Viking® appliances and an outdoor hot tub. Windsurf, surf the ocean, kayak or go fishing. Sit in the private hot tub or watch porpoises swim by from your private deck. Satellite TV and a DVD player are available.

A beach club, pool, and fitness center are also available. St. Augustine restaurants and nightlife are 5 minutes away. This is a great family vacation rental and also great for honeymooners or for those who want to just get away from it all!

We just returned from staying in this beautiful home. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is so beautiful with a beautiful view of the beach. The deck is big and spacious and so comfortable to sit and watch the dolphins play which we did everyday. Everything we needed for a wonderful vacation was here in this house. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We loved it.

Perfect Vacation

Our family had an amazing vacation at this perfect beach house. The location cannot be beat--you virtually could not get closer to the ocean---and there was something for everyone. We enjoyed EVERYTHING from fishing, body surfing, long walks at sunrise and dusk, flying kites on the beach, swimming, watching dolphins and peaceful naps on the fabulous deck, outdoor grilling or cooking in the incredible kitchen, and star gazing at night. The house was well equipped with beach towels, chaise lounges, fishing rods, kites, boogie boards, and even a porch hose for rinsing off--you name it. We entertained our families who live nearby, and everyone was mesmerized by the stunning views, not to mention the close access to Publix and Old Town St. Augustine. Despite being public, the beach was very clean and fairly quiet---it felt like a private beach! Our dog really enjoyed her stay and playing in the sand.

Thank you, Billie, for the welcome gift basket. The fruit/ wine was very appreciated. :-) We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Beach House

House was beautiful and just as expected. Top end beach house on the crystal beach for relaxing. The house came equipped with everything you needed to be a home away from home. The kids loved the beach and we loved the relaxing hot tub. Just a short distance from wonderful St. Augustine with much to do and see. We loved the house and would go back again for sure. Easily sleeps 8 or more with plenty of room. The dolphins swim by in the morning and the sunrise is spectacular from the deck that runs the length of the house

Great Get-Away!

My family LOVES the house & there is plenty of space for kids and adults! We wanted to be right on the ocean and it is just down the porch steps. The house has it all: grill, hot-tub, porch for relaxing, all Viking kitchen. Everything we could have needed, and didn't think to include, is ready and waiting!
Very clean and the owners are available for any questions or recommendations regarding local attractions.
The house is mere minutes from St. Augustine proper and we were pleased with the proximity to everything. This is definitely the spot for a vacation!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

St Augustine Beach House

We were really pleased when we arrived at this beach house. It is not always easy to tell from pictures, but the house was very nice and nicely decorated. You couldn't get any closer to the beach and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We were 3 couples including 2 college aged kids and the house accommodated us perfectly. The best part of the house is the porch overlooking the ocean. We sat on the porch often to watch the dolphins and surfers. We also saw a whale the day before we left. We enjoyed the hot tub on the porch at night. We all said that we would definitely stay in this house again for future vacations.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
